ProcessAG is looking for a Packaging Sales Consultant to join our team

For 15 years, Process has designed and manufactured premium packaging for global brands and big box retailers. Our overseas factories are supported by a USA design and sales office that work directly with those facilities. You will be armed and supported by USA project managers and designers along with overseas project managers as well. Sales assets from presentation books, catalogs, sales samples, and prototypes are provided to all our sales staffing and sales teams. We have highly trained staff fluent in Mandarin to assist with all project management overseas and highly encourage factory trips for you and your customer. We're currently looking for a Packaging Sales Consultant to continue to build our core B2B client business.

As a Packaging Sales Consultant, you’ll be responsible for finding opportunities within medium and large companies to create custom packaging that fits the specifications of your customers, supported with allocated budgets in design and support teams to help customers solidify their visions and turn those into reality. You’ll build sales through a consultative process where you discover customer needs, determine whether those are best met through products we have in stock or custom products, bring in product experts if required, work with the design team to meet customer needs, and then work with customers on final product changes. Your key goal as a Packaging Consultant is to help customers master all the tricky details of packaging. We offer value-added packaging consulting services designed to boost the speed, efficiency, and effectiveness of our customers’ packaging operations. These services include Design & Innovation and knowledgeable consulting on logistics, global sourcing and localization, sustainability, and marketing.


  • Interacting with customers on a daily basis via email, phone, chat, & Skype
  • Representing ProcessAG in a professional and friendly manner
  • ​Knowledge of the ins and outs of packaging & product manufacturing
  • ​Providing feedback on lead quality to marketing and sales directors
  • Expanding professional network through outreach and lead generation

Applicant Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience in B2B sales
  • Clear and friendly communication skills
  • ​Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills
  • ​Background in packaging & product manufacturing sales
